Awards nights are special moments that let us step back, reflect, and celebrate all the hard work we put in every day. This year, we were proud to be shortlisted for not just one but two awards at the Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce Awards: "Excellence in Customer Service" and "Committed to People Development." These nominations felt like a celebration of what we’re all about—supporting our clients with dedication and creating a workplace where our team members can truly thrive.

The Big Night: Excitement, Celebration, and Familiar Faces

When the night finally arrived, there was definitely a buzz in the air. We’ve attended a couple of awards ceremonies with the Chamber before, and we knew they’d have something special in store. The evening was filled with excitement and anticipation as we joined a room full of inspiring businesses and friends from across our community. With drinks, music, and a room full of familiar faces, it was an incredible atmosphere that reminded us just how vibrant our local business community really is.

It’s always a fun twist to see everyone dressed to the nines—some of our team practically unrecognizable in suits and evening wear! We laughed, we cheered each other on, and we took a moment to truly appreciate how far we’ve come as a company.

While we didn’t bring home the top awards in our categories, we were thrilled to receive a "Highly Commended" mention in both Excellence in Customer Service and Committed to People Development. This is a huge honor for us, one that recognises just how much we care about the work we do.
